FloraClub Loyalty Program
The FloraClub bonus program is a unique loyalty program for our customers available in every store of our chain.
The bonus program provides three levels of participation depending on the accumulated volume of purchases:
- Silver - by making your first purchase in our chain of stores, you automatically become a Silver level FloraClub program member. 3% of first purchase amount will be credited to your bonus account. You can spend up to 100% of your bonuses earned to pay for your next purchases.
- Gold is the next level of participation in the FloraClub program. On this level with every purchase you earn 5% bonuses for each order. To become a Gold level member you have to accumulate total amount of orders of two hundred thousand KZT during the year.
- Platinum is the highest level of FloraClub membership. To achieve this level, the accumulated amount of orders during the year have to be at least five hundred thousand tenge. From every order we provide 7% of the order amount as bonuses to our Platinum members.
The terms and conditions, bonuses and membership levels validity periods of FloraClub program:
- To register as a FloraClub member, you have to provide your name and phone number on your first purchase.
- A member who does not qualify for the least amount of purchases required to achieve Gold or Platinum levels during the year becomes Silver member.
- Bonuses are valid during the year since the date they are earned; after this time, the bonuses of the participant will be reset.
- At your request, we can credit bonuses from your purchase to another person’s bonus account (for example, to your family member’s account registered in the FloraClub program so your whole family can use the bonuses earned). At the same time, to use bonuses from another person’s bonus account we may contact the account owner in order to confirm the action.
- If you make a purchase on our website, you can also use your bonuses for partial or full (if the amount of bonuses accumulated fully covers the order price) payment of the order. To do so, while choosing flowers (before payment!) please reach our contact center consultants.
- If you have already completed payment on the website, you are not eligible to use bonuses to partially or fully pay for this particular order.
